While waiting for the next cell to initiate i noticed a inflow notch in the line of storms. sometimes you just have to follow your gut instinct so we drove south of Thomasville Ga to get in front of the region of the line. We weren't there very long before the inflow notch appeared and began to rotate. Quick phone call to the NWS to compare notes and verification of what we were seeing as what they were watching. Minutes later a tornado warning would be issued. It would end up dropping a EF-3 tornado in Lakeland Ga causing serious damage but luckily no injuries or fatalities. The last part of the video is sped up to show the rotation better.)
